The Afan Forest Park Triathon
The Afan Forest Park Triathon is a physical and mental task that is taking place in one of the worlds best mountain bike destinations Afan Forest Park. The full triathlon has a 600 metre swim, 20.8k mountain bike ride and a 6k run, the Novice race is a 300 metre swim, 15k mountain bike ride and a 3k run.
Children’s races are also taking place on the day and are broken down in to the following age categories / races
Tri Star and Youth Races
- 8 years,
- 9 and 10,
- 11 and 12,
- 13 and 14,
- Youths (15 and 16) complete Novice distance.

The events start at 10.00 and finishes at 15.00. With an estimate of 300 people taking part this is sure to be a great day out for the whole family.
